Most insurances are accepted. We handle workers’ compensation and automobile-accident-related injuries as well.

Secondary and School Insurances:

We recognize that many of our patients have secondary and/or school insurances. We will bill them directly to take the burden off you.

Self Pay Options:

We also have a reasonable rate self-pay plan for those who choose to come to us Out of Network or without insurance benefits.

How does the billing process work?

Our billing is done by an outside medical billing company.

Before initiating treatment, our front office staff will verify your insurance benefits for physical therapy. We will share with you what your insurance company has told us. This may include your out of pocket expenses, any requirements for authorization from your insurance and any limitations on benefit coverage. Once treatment is initiated, we will bill directly to your insurance company. If you do not have coverage or you have a copay, deductible or coinsurance, you will be expected to pay for each treatment at the time of service. Typically, you will receive a statement or an explanation of benefits from your insurance company describing the both covered and non-covered treatments. While it is common for the payment process to be complete in 60 days or less, it is common for the process to take longer. Our office staff excels at making this process as simple and efficient as possible for each patient.
