When you’re hurting, it’s hard to focus on daily life, work, or fit in a workout to stay healthy.

We provide treatment whether you’re an adolescent or an adult, woman or man; whether you’re an amateur, professional or weekend athlete or you enjoy just being active in the garden. Physical therapy at The Training Room is the first step to getting back to being YOU!

Back and Neck Pain

The spine is a complex structure that is constantly working to support the entire body. Most injuries to the back and neck are the result of repetitive stress to a tissue, resulting in the tissue degrading to the point of pain, inflammation, loss of motion, loss of strength and tissue failure. This type of stress often occurs from faulty posture, faulty movement patterns and asymmetries throughout the body. Our goal is to get to the root of the problem and fix it so you can be pain free and get back to doing what you love.

Here are some of the injuries and conditions that we treat:

  • Disc problems
  • Sciatica
  • Muscle strains
  • Muscle tightness
  • Sprains
  • Spine Surgery

Patients suffering from arthritis can benefit from physical therapy. Treatment focusing on joint mobility, muscle strength, joint stability, and flexibility can help reduce or eliminate symptoms. Our staff understands the mechanics of the joints, the interaction of muscles working together, the problems that can occur and how to help get you back to doing what you love.

Exercise & Activity Participation

We know what it is like to not be able to exercise due to pain in your body. We can help identify and fix the problem, get you cross training while you recover, prescribe modifications to your exercises and safely get back to your full workout routine.
