Train to Compete and Dominate the Competition

At TTR Fitness and Performance you will become FASTER, STRONGER, MORE AGILE, AND MORE POWERFUL.
Varsity strength is designed for athletes ages 14-college. In the Varsity strength program, your athlete will gain the skills important for advancing their athletic career and reaching their maximum potential. They will:
- Become a more focused athlete- learn how to train and work with a program to see results and maximize outcomes with the help of their coaches.
- Improve speed and mechanics- improve set up and posture when running to improve speed and efficiency in movement. Watch this skill translate onto the court, field or track.
- Build healthy training habits- learn proper form for weight lifting activities as intensity increases. Focus on injury risk reduction in high level training and sport. Learn to manage physical and emotional stress as a high school and college athlete.
Each class is 60 minutes of small-group personal training, where each athlete will have their own program that fits into the coach’s curriculum and your athlete’s goals.
In the Varsity training program, you can set goals and aim to break them with the help of your coaches and the support of the athletes around you.
We offer flexible scheduling options at convenient times throughout the week Mondays through Saturdays. All members must be scheduled in advance for all training sessions. Please give The Training Room a call if you have any questions or problems with the enrollment or scheduling process.
