Each client starts off with a 1-on-1 strategy session and an individualized assessment. This allows us to create the perfect customized program based on your goals, needs, and current ability. If you have a history of injury or have some areas of pain, we will collaborate with our team of physical therapists to build the best program for your body. Our expert coaches will teach you to lift weights and train properly so you can build healthy habits for life. We will help you stay pain-free while addressing your weaknesses and imbalances. We will motivate you and keep you accountable to ensure that you get the most out of yourself and our program.

We are more than just a training program. Our entire facility is centered around your health. In addition to our fitness and performance center and physical therapy clinic, we have partnered with massage therapy, a sports medicine physician practice, and a sports podiatrist office. All this under one roof, with the shared mission of providing world class comprehensive care to our TTR community.
Our small group training focuses on combining mobility, agility, strength, power, and endurance into one complete program. You can schedule your training sessions at times convenient to you. We have times available throughout the day. Each time you come in, our coaches will guide you through your program. The small group environment makes the workout fun and dynamic, while still allowing us to offer you plenty of individualized attention. We will reassess your program monthly depending on how well you are doing.
