Learning to Train.
Our fundamental performance program is our youth level performance program designed to increase speed, agility, explosiveness and core stability with injury prevention at the cornerstone of the curriculum.
Our fundamental performance program is designed to teach elementary-aged children how to properly train using quality movement, coordination, and reaction to increase their overall athleticism.
Each 60-minute session contains a dynamic warmup and movement specific instruction from our nationally certified coaches in a fun and positive environment. Our goal is to increase the athlete’s performance while instilling a positive physical fitness experience.
We offer flexible scheduling options at convenient times throughout the week Mondays through Saturdays. All members must be scheduled in advance for all training sessions. Please give The Training Room a call if you have any questions or problems with the enrollment or scheduling process.
