Whether you’ve got some very specific goals in mind that you want to achieve, or you simply prefer the individual attention of working one-on-one with a coach rather than in a small group setting, our coaches are available to schedule private training for 30 or 60 minute sessions. Some populations, such as elite athletes training for specific events or programs, may need personal training or coaching sessions to work specifically on their ambitious training goals. Additionally, those in post-rehabilitation from surgery or injury, individuals with progressive diseases such as Parkinson’s disease, and those who are suffering from serious stability/balance issues due to age or injury, may require one-on-one sessions to safely and effectively train. When you start working one-on-one with a TTR Performance coach you will have a program specifically designed for you and your health, fitness, and performance goals. The level of preparation required for each session, by the coach, is significant. Hours are spent researching, creating and designing prior to every session providing you with a cutting-edge program. We offer flexible scheduling options at convenient times throughout the week Mondays through Saturdays. All members must be scheduled in advance for all training sessions. Please give The Training Room a call if you have any questions or problems with the enrollment or scheduling process.
